Just thought I would mention for those of you who are interested that I will be using the Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer to track my steps. I have had this a couple years, bought it on Amazon with my Swagbucks gift cards and couldn’t be happier with the product.
Although if it didn’t work soo wonderfully I would definitely consider switching to their newer version Omron HJ-720ITFFP Pocket Pedometer with Advanced Omron Health Management Software. I just love the fact that it has software, since I am a statistics junky, but my pedometer is great and I’ve only had to change the battery once so I am sticking with it.
I will tell you most of all what I love about this little gadget is that I can clip it anywhere and it still takes an accurate recording of my steps. Put it in my purse, in my pocket, or sometimes I will clip it under my shirt so I’m sure it won’t fall off and it always does great. It also comes with a lanyard so if you do not have a good place to clip it to you can just wear it around your neck.
Much better than those cheap $10 ones that you can hear the counting weight shake inside. I like this because it seems solid and nice enough that I am sure to be careful not to lose it.
So this is it for me. Do you have a pedometer that you love? Or have you tried this one?
